Zachary Ratcliffe, 30, of Pulaski, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024. He was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Denise Ratcliffe. Survivors include his father, Donald Foster Ratcliffe; brother, Jason Surratt; sister, Kayla Ratcliffe; grandparents, David and Becky Hicks; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and several other relatives and special friends.
