William Columbus W.C. Ratcliffe, III, 69 of Radford, passed away Monday, October 15, 2007 at the Veterans Hospital in Salem. He was retired from the city of Radford and a U. S. Army veteran. Survivors include his wife Jeanette T. Ratcliffe of Radford; son and daughter-in-law, William C. and Tammy M. Ratcliffe, IV of Radford; their son, Robert J. Ratcliffe and their daughter Tabatha R. Ratcliffe; three daughters and sons-in-law, Billie Dawn and Gene A. Adkins of Radford; their son James E. Sifford and their daughter Brittany N. Adkins; Kimberly and Tim Baily; their daughter, Briana Baily; their sons, Troy and Brandon Baily; Lori Ratcliffe; two brothers and sisters-in-law, James H. and Kim Ratcliffe of East Ridge, TN; Jack L. and Sue Ratcliffe of Radford; Memorial Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday November 3, 2007 at Carter Street United Methodist Church in Radford with Rev Kristie Bane officiating. The Ratcliffe family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
