William Milton (Bill) Hannah, 67, of Radford, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Bill was born June 26, 1945, to the late Ted and Genevieve "JB" Martin Hannah of Radford. He was a graduate of Radford High School and Virginia Tech. He was an avid sports fan, with Virginia Tech as his favorite team to follow. He also served in the US Army Reserve. Bill retired on August 2, 2001 as Production Superintendent, after 38 years of service with Volvo Trucks North America, Dublin. He is survived by his special friend and soul mate, Wanda C. Martin of Radford; brother and sister-in-law, David and Joan Hannah, Calabash, NC; and many special friends and relatives. Wanda would like to give special thanks to Douglas Simpkins, Jenny and Doug DeHart, the doctors and staff at Roanoke Memorial ICU units 6 and 10, and so many friends for their help, prayers and support. Bill will be sadly missed by friends, family and co-workers. Per his request, services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution in Bill's memory to the charity of your choice.
