Walter Eugene Bugg, 76, passes away Monday, October 23, 2006 at his home in Radford. He was retired from Lynchburg Foundry and a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Laura Bugg, and a sister Ruth Dehart. Survivors include his wife, Treva G. Bugg of Radford; three sons and daughters-in-law, Ricky and Kathy Bugg of Christiansburg, and Donnie Bugg and James Marvin and Mary Bugg, all of Radford; three daughters and sons-in-law, Doris and Darrell Armentrout of Dublin, and Patricia and special son-in-law, Dennis Gravley and Joyce Montgomery, all of Radford; two brothers, William M. Bugg and Robert W. Bugg; three sisters, Frances B. Wright, Lilliam B. Thomas, and Ophelia B. Roop; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; special niece, Debra Hamm; and special pet, Tippy. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 26, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. James Walker and Rev. Ersel Alderman officiating. Interment will follow in the Weaver Family Cemetery in Pilot where members of VFW Post #7854 and American Legion Post #127 will conduct military graveside rites. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
