Obituary

Wallace Leon Cochran, 75, of Radford, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2010 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salem. He was a U. S. Army veteran having served during the Korean Conflict. Survivors include three sisters and brother-in-law, Justine Shepheard, and Shirley and Troy Albert, all of Radford, and Barbara Howard of Macon, GA; two brothers and sister-in-law, Haven and Carolyn Cochran of Raleigh, NC, and Early Cochran of Radford; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Monday, February 8, 2010 at 11 am at the Pentecostal Conference Cemetery in Dublin with Rev. Glennard Quesenberry officiating. VFW Post 776 will conduct military graveside rites. The Cochran family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
