Vinie Flinchum Andrews, 85, of Radford, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017. She was a member of the West Radford Church of God and a retired LPN at the Radford Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Raymond and Mamie Young Flinchum; and brother, Wallace Flinchum Sr. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, William P. Andrews; son and his wife, Calvin and Carol Andrews of Radford; daughter and her husband, Melissa and Rich Weiss of North Port Fla.; brothers and sisters-in-law, James Branard and Louise Flinchum of Christiansburg, Raymond Bentley and Judy Flinchum of Dublin, and Maria D. Flinchum of Draper; and sister, Julia F. Harrell of Pulaski; brother-in law, and sister-in-law, Carl Eugene and Sen Andrews of Calif. The family will receive friends 5 until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the West Radford Church of God in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 7 p.m. at the church with Rev. Danny Newman and Rev Jim Walker officiating. Interment will be on Thursday December 28, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
