Our precious mother, Veronica C. Tynan (62) of Radford, daughter of the late Catherine and James Lepera, departed from this world to be with God on June 18, 2013 with family by her side. Veronica is survived by her children: Tami Marie Tynan-Akers (Roy), James Daniel Tynan II (Tina), Tina Ann Tynan-Klinge (Mark) and Beth Ann Tynan-Bell (Ricci); and her beloved grandchildren: Dani Tynan-Akers, Lindsey Tynan, Lexy Tynan, Jacob Tynan, Jordan Tynan-Klinge, and Asa Bell. Veronica also leaves behind her best friend and love of 20 years, Barry Ray Roberts. She was a dearly beloved sister of 17 children of whom she was number 16, and was an aunt to countless nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, June 20, 2013 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 1740 Tyler Rd, Christiansburg, VA. Graveside services will follow at the Sunrise Burial Park in Radford. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12:00 noon. The family invites friends and guests for a Celebration of Life reception at 4:00 pm at Radford FOP Building, 104 Pulaski Street, Radford.
