Vergie Pierce Atkins Moore, 88 of Belspring, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2008. Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Edward and Patricia Moore and Wayne Moore; a granddaughter; sister Ancy Mullins; and three special nieces and their husbands Sandy and Jim Hagman, Joyce and George Starling and Jeannie and Roger Lesone. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 6, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Belspring United Methodist Church with Rev. T. Michael Bond officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Burial Park in Radford. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church. The Moore family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
