Toby Estes Caldwell age 66 of Radford passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at the New River Valley Medical Center. Survivors include her husband, Rexie J. Caldwell of Radford, son & daughter-in-law, James & Stacie Whitlock of Radford, daughter & son-in-law, Mary Whitlock & Danny R. Cromer of Radford, brother & sister-in-law, Thomas Wayne & Carolyn Estes of Radford, two sisters, Rosetta E. Mills and Betty E. Cromer both of Radford, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Thursday, November 9, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford, with Cheryl Scogin officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service. The family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
