Terri Lee O'Brien, 51, of Radford, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013. She was employed with the City of Radford for 32 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Edward "Pat" O'Brien. Survivors include her mother, Betty W. Ellison of Radford; sister, Linda Jones of Roanoke; brother, Patrick O'Brien of Beckley, WVa; a niece and three nephews; and special friend, Teresa Phillips. A memorial service for Terri will be held Sunday, March 3, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Mr. Jerry Flinchum officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to your local S.P.C.A.
