Terri Michele Shelor Kipley, 50, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Garrett and Inez Beavers Shelor, and her uncle, Paul Cunningham. Survivors include her son, Gavin Kipley; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Judy Shelor; niece, Nichole Schack and family; nephews, Austin and Logan Shelor; aunts, Mary Shelor and Becky Cunningham; cousin, Patricia Harrison (R.C.); and many other family members and special friends. A celebration of Terris life will be held from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Terri's greatest passion in life was for her son, Gavin. No words can express how much he meant to her. She was so proud of the fine young man he is becoming. Terri's second passion was for her critically important work as a hospice nurse. She cared deeply for her patients and greatly desired to provide comfort and quality of life to her patients.
