Tammy Jean Plotts Kruger, 51, dropped her final mic on Monday, June 6, 2016 at her home in Draper. She was office manager of the Juvenile Detention Center. Survivors include her husband, Larry Lee Kruger; son and daughter-in-law, Kyle and Katelyn Kruger of Hiwassee; daughters and son-in-law, Tanya Jean and Robert Hockett of Christiansburg, and Nichol Kruger of Roanoke; grandchildren, Luke, Natalie and Nora; parents, Gary Plotts and Marcia Lauderdale; 2 brothers and 3 sisters; and furbaby, Lily. The family will receive friends from 5 until 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Fieldstone United Methodist Church in Christiansburg.
