Suzanne Forcey Pletcher, 78, of Hiwassee, suddenly departed this earthly home, trading it for a heavenly one on July 6, 2025. Suzanne was born on March 13, 1947 in Jersey Shore, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents; Frederick Scott Pletcher, Jr. and Dorothy Olive Pletcher, as well as her husband, Roy M. Blankenship, Jr. Suzanne was a gifted artist who had a passion for animals, reading and nature. Her belief in God was renewed daily while cultivating her flowers and watching the birds flock to her bird feeders. Left to cherish her memory are her family; Nick, Amy and Will Frazier, as well as her longtime friend Shirley Corbett and her loyal border collie, Abby. Special thanks to her friends and neighbors, Jay and Cindy Boyd. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
