Steven Douglas Montgomery, 71, of Dublin, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021. He was a member of Little Vine Community Church in Sylvatus and retired from Lowes. Steven was a U. S. Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Deward and Phyllis Montgomery. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Michelle Montgomery; daughter and son-in-law, Christy Nichole and J. D. Caudill of Hillsville; son and daughter-in-law, Seth David and Sarah Montgomery of Dublin; grandchildren, Jacob Whitaker, Aislinn Grace Montgomery, and Skyler Jackson Montgomery; brother, Gary Montgomery of Hillsville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rebecca and John Carlson, Eagle, Idaho, and Susan and Mitch Dalton of Hillsville; and many other relative and friends.
