Jeffrey Scott Phillips, 38, of S.C., formerly of Fairlawn, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2016. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Joan Easterling, and Elmer and Canous Phillips. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Lynn and Rick Arnold of Wytheville; father and stepmother, Jeffrey and Melissa Phillips of Dublin; brother, Adam Phillips of Fairlawn; sister, Taryn Phillips of Nev.; niece, Sasha; nephews, Hudson, Brady, Toryn and Aiden. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Julie Armbrister officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 2 p.m. prior to the service.
