Sara Elizabeth Davis, 71, of Radford, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, November 20, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Reuben Lee and Kathleen Ingram Davis; sister, Darlene "DeeDee" Claytor; soul mate, Jesse Jenkins; two grandchildren; and nephew, Tremaine Claytor. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Douglass (Tiffany) Carter, Christopher Carter, Larry Laurice Douglas Carter, Jr., and Charles Carter; daughters, Octavia Martin, Sara (Timothy) Jarrell, and Philasettia (Brandon) Anderson; 25 grandchildren and a multitude of great-grandchildren; sisters, Anne (Phillip) Brown, Kesha Miller, and Barbara Latten; nieces, Traniece Morgan, Tammy Brown, and Danette Claytor; nephews, Monte Brown and Kei Claytor; and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the Radford Church of God in Christ. Funeral services will begin at 1:30 p.m. with Elder Larry Carter, Sr. of Lighthouse Deliverance Church officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunrise Burial Park in Radford.
