Sandra Gaye Hubbard Dalton, 58, of Fairlawn passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 22, 2016. She was a member of Fairlawn Church of God and employed for over 35 years in the Grado Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech as a Course Management and Outreach Secretary.
Survivors include her daughter, Amanda Lea Dalton of Fairlawn; parents, Robert M. And Faye H. Hubbard of Radford; granddaughter, Cadence Rose Stump; stepdaughters, Erine Cressell of Dublin and Bethany W. Pennington of Narrows; brothers, Lawrence Hubbard of Roanoke, and David Hubbard of Newbern; special friend, Crystal Jeuck of Parrott; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and her family at VA Tech.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Marcus Harrison officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
