Sally Anne Duncan, 81, of Christiansburg, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023. She was retired from Hubble Lighting after 34 years of service. She was preceded in death by her father, William McKinley Sutphin; mother, Mary Etta Spaulding Sutphin; sister, Martha Ellen Sutphin; brothers, Grover Lee Sutphin, James Edgar Sutphin, and Carl Henry Sutphin; grandson, Michael Scott Snider; granddaughter, Chelsea Anne Snider; daughter, Nancy Marie Snider; and her ex-husband and best friend, Curtis McKinley Snider, Sr. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Becky Loretta Akers and Husband Wayne of Riner, Patricia Mae Snider Koran and husband Gary of Roanoke, Linda Sue Snider of Willis, Curtis McKinley Snider, Jr. of Colorado, Russell Steven Snider of Christiansburg, and Connie Anne Snider Widner and husband Ricky of Christiansburg; sister, Ethel Mae Sutphin Fizer; 6 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
