Ruth Mae Harris Quesenberry Phillips, 98, of Snowville, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Montgomery Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents Leonard J. and Daisy Wilson Harris, her husbands, Troy H. Quesenberry and Cleddie B. Phillips, a sister Reba H. Bocock and a brother, Abra "Bud" Harris. She was a member of the Christiansburg Church of Christ. Survivors include two sons, Donald H. Harris, Lynchburg and Michael D. Quesenberry of Angola, NY.; two nieces and spouses, Annie and Gene Akers of Snowville and Mary and George Akers, Sr. of Snowville; nephew and spouse, J.D. and Anne Bocock, Greenville, Tenn; four grandchildren and spouses, Richard P. and Carrie Harris, Roland V. and Helen Harris, Nicoal Quesenberry and Elizabeth Quesenberry; six great grandchildren, Cole, Claudia, Rachel, Brooke, Haley and Will Harris; and several grand nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Dennis Curd officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
