Russell James Pennow, 99, of Radford, passed away Friday, April 15, 2022. He was retired from AT&T and a past member of the Woods Church of the Nazarene in Warren, Michigan. Russell was a U.S. Army veteran having served during WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Lizzie Pennow; his wife, Constance Lillian Pennow; brother, Walter Pennow; and sister, Betty Pennow. Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Dean and Lorraine Pennow of Poquoson, and Dale and Nancy Pennow of Snowville; grandchildren, Nicholas Pennow and Amy, and Michelle Pennow and Michael; and many other relatives and friends.
