Roy Lee Nelson ONeal, 63, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at his home in Dublin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary ONeal. Survivors include his wife, Angela ONeal of Dublin; son, Bucky ONeal of Christiansburg; daughter, Amanda Dice of Dublin; sisters, Ora M. Farlow and Gale Bennett, both of Radford; and grandson and little buddy, Daylen. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at West View Cemetery in Radford.
