Ronald W. L. Burleson, 58 of Dublin, died peacefully in his wifes arms on Thursday, December 8, 2005. He was an employee of Harris Mechanical. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rosevelt and Gladys Burleson, and a brother, Bill Burleson. Survivors include his wife, Luvania Burleson of Dublin; three sons, Lee Burleson and Dallas Burleson, both of Dublin, and Travis Burleson of Draper; a stepson and his wife, Brian and Susan Akers of Barren Springs; a very special grandson he raised as a son, Keith Akers; grandchildren, Josh Burleson, Ashley Burleson, Cam Cook, Emily Burleson and Trevor Burleson; two sisters, Louise Chamber and Marie Blair, both of Knoxville, TN; and two brothers, John Burleson and Clyde Burleson, both of Johnson City, TN. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 10, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
