Roger Wayne Baiers, 69, of Roanoke, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at his home. Survivors include his daughter, Dr. Christy Phillips of Phoenix, Ariz.; son Brian Baiers of Winston Salem N.C. and 4 grandchildren. Private graveside services will be held at the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin.
