Rodney Wayne Cecil, 43 of Dublin passed away Monday, August 19, 2013 at his home. He was a painter with Volvo Trucks. Survivors include his wife, Tonya A. Cecil of Dublin, daughters, Kayla Lynn Marie Cecil and Kelsey Nichole Cecil both of Dublin, father, Roger Harold Cecil, Sabastian, Fla, mother, Linda Sue Hutchinson, Radford, granddaughter, Emberlynn Hadassah Nichole Cecil, brothers, Mark Duane Cecil, Radford, and Mackinze Meador Cecil, Sabastian, Fla., mother-in-law, Joyce Marie Hungate and husband Mike, Blacksburg, father-in-law, Billy Albert and Tammy Branscome, Dublin, brothers-in-law; Dakota Albert, Mike White, Steve White, sister-in-law; Chastity Albert, special friends, Travis HypesII, Bobby Pentz and Brandon Cupp. Memorial services will be held Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Chaplain David Kent officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the Leukemia Society of America, Virginia Chapter, 2101 Executive Drive, Box 21, Hampton, VA 23666.
