Robert Byron Roseberry, 59 of Radford, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at the New River Valley Medical Center. He was a member of the Pulaski Church of God and was retired from the Radford City Fire Department after 31 years of service. He was a U. S. Army veteran having served in the Vietnam War where he received two Purple Hearts and a bronze star. Survivors include two sons Joshua B. Roseberry of Christiansburg and Jacob W. Roseberry of Pulaski; and a brother Donald Roseberry of Concord, NC. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 2, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pulaski Church of God Bob White Blvd with Pastor Jerry Collins officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin where members of VFW Post #776 will conduct military graveside rites. Flowers will be appreciated or contribution may be made to the either the Radford Fire Dept, 1500 Wadsworth St., Radford, VA 24141, the Pulaski Church of God, 1621 Bobwhite Blvd, Pulaski, VA 24301 or the Beulah House, 4704 Caddell Lane, Dublin, VA 24084. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. The Roseberry family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
