Rita Montgomery Branch, 59, of Dublin, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2020. She was a retired psychiatric technician from St. Albans with 38 years of service. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Montgomery; her husband, David Branch; a son, Dustin Hamilton; and two brothers, Howard and Buddy Montgomery. Survivors include her son, JC Hamilton; mother, Sharon Montgomery; sister, Sherry Montgomery; granddaughter, Tifanny Whitlock; nieces, Misty Kelley and Cindy Montgomery; and her only friend, Connie Smith. A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 4-6 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
