Ringolia Boffman Pack, 93 of Riner, passed from labor to reward on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at the Hunter Woods Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Charlotte, North Carolina. She was born December 24, 1914 to the late Lucy and Leonard Boffman. Ringolia was a member of Mt. Airy United Methodist Church in Riner. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Louis, Amos, Sr., Fredrick, Patrick, Mary Frances, Howard and William Boffman and her husband, James Edgar Pack. She is survived by a devoted son, James W. (Judy) Pack, Charlotte, North Carolina; two grandchildren, Monica R. (Anthony) Buckner and James C. Pack, Roanoke, Virginia; seven great-grandchildren, Briana Bulls, Tashiana Pack, Jerry A. Buckner, Jr., DeAnthony Buckner, Antwan Pack,Javion Buckner and Jemaika McGhee all of Roanoke, Virginia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 12, 2008 at the Mt. Airy United Methodist Church, Riner, Virginia with visitation at 11:00 a.m. and the service to follow at noon. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Kevin M. Fiorini will deliver the eulogy. Pallbearers are Joseph W. Pack, Waymon R. Pack, Richard Boffman, Joseph Pack, John Turner and Thomas Dehart; flower bearers are the nieces; and honorary pallbearers are Richard Lewis, James Simmons, Alvin Boffman, James Wade and William Black. The Pack family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
