Richard Lee Phillips, 84, of Radford, passed away Friday, February 21, 2025. He was retired from RAAP and attended Sidney Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Mary Shelburne Phillips; sisters, Iris Croy and Mary Clement; and brother, Marvin Phillips. Survivors include his wife, Nancy C. Phillips; special cousin, Charlotte Shelburne; dedicated caregiver, Jimmy Hughes; brother-in-law, Jack Chafin and wife Connie; and many other relatives and friends. Services will be private.
