Richard Lee Kenley, 72, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018 at his home in Dublin surrounded by his family. He was a U. S. Navy veteran and retired from Radford University maintenance where he was a steamfitter and a welder. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oakley Maynard Kenley and Eva Viers Kenley; sisters and brothers-in-law, Virginia "Pee Wee" and Elwood Smart, Mary Kirtner and Judy and Carl Duncan. Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-law, Mark and Lauren Kenley, and Aaron Kenley; grandchildren, Gavin and Cora Kenley; brother and sister-in-law, Buck and Evalena Kenley; love of his life, Linda Kenley; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Graveside services with full military honors will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
