Richard Dale Duncan, 57, of Radford, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Quesenberry Duncan. He is survived by his brother, David Duncan; sister, Bobbi Duncan; cousins and their spouses, Jerry and Lisa Saul, Steve and Barbara Saul, Debbie and Ricky Dishon, Donna Dalton, and Keith Smith; aunt, Arintha Smith; canine companion, Junior; and many other family members and special friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 22, 2023, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. with Jared Gardner officiating.
