Rice Hobert Rader, 58, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013 at his home in Radford. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rice C. and Regal Stallard Rader, and brothers, Jerry Morris and Terry Allen Rader. Survivors include his children and their spouses, Michelle and Kevin Taylor of Christiansburg, Michael and Sara Rader of Radford, Joseph Rader of Christiansburg, and Gwen and Justin Harris of Christiansburg; brother, Eddie J. Rader of Dublin; sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Robert Eanes of Christiansburg, and Rebecca and David Byrd of Radford; long time partner and friend, Louise Park of Radford; and 20 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Jerry Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12 Noon until 2:00 pm.
