Regina Ann Albert Carraway, 72, of Rural Retreat, formerly of Radford, passed away Monday, January 31, 2022.She was preceded in death by her parents, Lacy Charlton and Anna Belle Albert; husband, John Henry Carraway; and her sister, Bonnie Sue Albert. Survivors include her son, Charles C. Russell, Jr.; all her friends and the staff at Rural Retreat Care Center; and her friends at District-Three Governmental Cooperative Public Guardianship Program.
