Rebecca Ratcliffe Smart, 77 of Dublin, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2006. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Nathaniel Thomas Smart of Dublin. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 14, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Blouse officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 5:00 .m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Smart family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
