Ralph Gordon Mills, 79 of Radford passed away Thursday, July 27, 2006 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Mabel Dudley Mills; one brother, Williams Dennis Mills; three sisters, Virginia Hubble, Dorothy Ratcliffe and Katie Mills. Survivors include one sister, Mary Opal Ritter of Radford; seven nephews, Harry Hubble of Radford; Michael Hubble of Athens, TN; Richard Ratcliffe of Manassas, VA; Barry Ratcliffe of Manassas, VA; F.D. Mills of Reno, NV; Billy Mills of Trinity, TX; Steve Mills of Lynchburg; three nieces, Lynn Mason of Bristol, TN; Linda Cook of Fredericksburg, VA; Cathy Frazier of Amissville, VA; sister-in-law Elizabeth Mills of Radford; aunt, Edith Carper of WVA. Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. July 30, 2006, at Rockford United Methodist Church Cemetery in Fairlawn with Rev. Randy Morris officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Rockford Untied Methodist Church 6790 Hickman Cemetery Road Radford, VA 24141. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
