Phyllis Ann Frazier, 65, of Radford, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015. She was a member of Riverview Baptist Church and a caregiver. She was preceded in death by her parents, Orphas Franklin and Annabelle McKelvey Bivens, brothers, Orphas, Jr., Houston, Bill and Richard Bivens, and sister, Nancy Bivens. Survivors include her husband, Jessie Luther Frazier; daughters, Amanda Myers of Charlotte, NC, and Annette (Terry) Horton of Pembroke; son, Frankie (Crystal) Myers of Ripplemead; grandchildren, Kory Wilson, Frankie Myers, Jr., Andrea Kast and Megan Myers; great granddaughter, Ryleigh Grace Miller; brothers, Rufus, Don, Ronnie, Sammy and Darrel Bivens; and sisters, Irene Bivens, Wilma Ball, and Norma Craighead. The family will receive friends from 5:30 pm until 7 pm Friday, March 20, 2015 at Riverview Baptist Church, 219 Big Stony Creek Road, Ripplemead. Memorial services will begin at 7 pm with Pastor Shahn Wilburn officiating. The Frazier family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
