Peggy Donley Smith, 68, of Dublin, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2019. She was a member of Dublin Baptist Church and a retired nurse. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Christine Donley; and her husband, Howard Richard Smith. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Tracy S. and Brad Golden of Dublin; grandchildren, Tyler Golden and Chelsea Golden and her fianc, Brad Reno; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joann and Wayne Cecil, and Kim and Larry Hancock, all of Dublin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Teresa Donley, and Trev and Lora Donley, all of Dublin; and many special nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 6, 2019 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Kelly Howlett officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
