Peggy Joyce Phillips, 75, of Radford, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2015. She was a member of Grove United Methodist Church and retired sales clerk with Jackson Hardware. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mark Edison Phillips and Iris Elizabeth Lovern. Survivors include nephews, Brandon McDaniel and Sean McDaniel, both of Tifton, Ga.; great nephew, Brysen McDaniel; great nieces, Amaya and Lilianna McDaniel; step sister, Melanie Partlow of Tifton, Ga.; uncle, Dewey Phillips of Radford; special friends, Bobby and Anna Frye of Radford; and several other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
