Patsy Gail Hackney, 65, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2024, at her home in Pearisburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret Meade and Elbert Huff; and brothers, Larry and David Huff. Survivors include her husband, David Hackney; sons, Todd Christopher Hackney, and Timothy Eugene Hackney (Jana Glass); daughter, Letina Michele Shaffer; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brother, Rodney Huff; sisters, Sharron Marshall, Phyllis Huff, Sandra Chafin, and Janie McCoy; and many other relatives and friends. Services will be announced at a later date. The Hackney family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford, Virginia.
