Patsy Overstreet Graves, 67, of Radford, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016. She was an Xray Technician with Chester Family Medical Care and was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Lura Overstreet, and her husband, Victor Jessie Graves. Survivors include her daughters, Samantha Graves of Radford, and Vickie Graves Jessee of Dinwiddie; son, Michael Jessie Graves of Richmond; sister, Peggy Woodrum of Radford; brother, Charles Michael Overstreet of Parrott; and 7 grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 3 until 4 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Central United Methodist Church in Radford. Memorial services will follow with Rev. Dale Gilbert officiating. Interment in Southlawn Memorial Park in Petersburg will follow at a later date.
