Patricia Coalson Stephens, 70, of Pulaski, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017. She was a LPN and preceded in death by her parents, Oble and Geraldine Coalson, daughter, Traci Stephens, and brother, Jack Coalson. Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Brian and Melanie Stephens of Radford, and Dean Stephens of Snowville; brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Jane Coalson of Radford; sister, Barbara Coalson of Radford; sister-in-law, Mary Coalson of Oregon; 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
