Pamela Sharon Spicer, 57, of Wytheville, passed away Monday, August 31, 2015. She was a Registered Nurse for 24 years with Radford Community Hospital and Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. She was born in West Virginia, the daughter of the late William Mullins, Sr. and Loretta Ray Mullins. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Buster Mitchell,Jr., brother, William (Bill) Mullins, Jr., and father-in-law, Frank Spicer. Survivors include her husband, Lee Allen Spicer of Wytheville; daughters and son-in-law, Patty Jo and Larry Taylor, Jr. of Dublin, and Heather Mitchell of Max Meadows; grandchildren, Kloe and Kamron Seth Taylor; brother, Mark Mullins of Ohio; sisters and brothers-in-law, Missy and Dwayne Atkins of Tazewell, Donna and Keith Robinson of Coalwood, W.Va., and Karla Hamilton of Raleigh, N.C.; mother-in-law, Mary Spicer; three brothers-in-law and their spouses, Phillip Spicer, Stephen and Kim Spicer, and Andy and Donna Spicer; sister-in-law and her spouse, Kathy and Tom Sharp; many loved nieces and nephews; special caregivers, Teresa Groseclose and Trevia Scott; special friend, Seth; and special canine companion "Mitzy". Many thanks to the Vascular ICU and the Pallative Care Team at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. The family will receive friends from 3 until 5 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2015 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will follow at 5 p.m. with Pastor Rod Roberson and Dr. Hal Adams officiating. Interment will be private.
