Norman Vincle Buster Spaulding, 66, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 3, 2007. He was born October 4, 1940 in Montgomery County to the late Clayton and Nellie Spaulding. He was also preceded in death by a brother Allen Spaulding and his loyal dog, Cleveland. Buster retired from RAAP in 1993. Survivors include his wife Katherine P. Spaulding, daughter Kay S. (Ronnie) Custer, son Michael (Maureen) Spaulding, three grandchildren, Joshua and Joseph Custer and Olivia Spaulding, all of Radford; two brothers James and Tommy Spaulding of Christiansburg; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Joe McCoy officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
