Norma Calloway James, 58, of Radford, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton Norman Calloway and Golda Doretha Hendricks Calloway; half brother, James Arthur Taylor, and sister, Golda Reed. Survivors include her son, Cory James of Charlotte, N.C.; daughter, Wendy James of Richmond; six grandchildren, Cassandra Schwiebert, Darius Thompson, Essence Thompson, Tehya James, Allure Thompson and Daquan James; brothers and sisters-in-law, Clifton and Margaret Calloway of Varina, Danny and Sun Calloway of Chesterfield, Roy Calloway of Christiansburg, and Jesse and Ann Calloway of Chesterfield; and numerous other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12 Noon on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 12 Noon with Bishop Dwight Palmer officiating. Interment will follow in New River Cemetery in New River.
