Nancy Louise Gardner Stewart, 64 of Radford, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2006. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Radford. She retired as manager of Suntrust Bank in Radford with over 37 years of service. She was preceded in death by her father. Howard D. Gardner. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Robert Thomas Stewart, Jr. of Radford; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert Thomas, III and Jennifer Elizabeth Stewart of Pace, Florida; a daughter and fianc, Lori Leigh Stewart and Clint D. Zofnas of Tampa, Florida; mother Gracie Bowman Gardner of Floyd; brother and sister-in-law, Junior H. and Mary Ann Weiss Gardner of Radford; sister and brother-in-law, Lindell Gardner and Wilbert W. Hatcher of Roanoke; two grandchildren, William Thomas Stewart and Molly Elizabeth Stewart, both of Pace, FL; special nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Dr. Paul Lane officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Burial Park in Radford. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the First Baptist Church or to a charity of your choice. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
