Mildred Louise (Lou) Miles Price, 77, of Radford, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at Radford Nursing and Rehab. She was a loving mother, grandmother, wife and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Vest and Edith Collins Miles, and a brother, Clarence Vest Miles Jr. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Derl Dudley Price, of Radford; two daughters and son-in-law, Debbie Akers and Chet Frethiem, of Wytheville; Cheryl and Robert Tilley, of Salem; three grandchildren and spouse, Michael Mann, Jr. and Sara Akers, of Dublin; J.D. Akers of Draper; Jessy Hylton of Blacksburg; two great-granddaughters, Allison and Megan Akers, of Dublin; three brothers, Wilford and Flo Miles of Radford; Robert and Josephine Miles of Christiansburg; Charlie Wayne Miles of Christiansburg; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Alice and Ralph Moore, of Maryland; four sisters-in-law and spouses, Odessa Phillips of Dugspur; Freda and Jack Cromer of Blacksburg; Peggy and Hunter McKendree of Roanoke; Wanda Price of Blacksburg.
