Mildred Yvonne ONeal Mills, 83, of Radford, passed away Monday, March 12, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence V. Mills and her daughter Bonnie S. Conklin. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Clarence Edward Eddie and Teresa B. Mills; son-in-law, Michael G. Conklin and his spouse Donna; three grandchildren, Aaron Conklin, Elizabeth Ann Mills, and Holly Elizabeth Conklin; and one great-grandchild, Nicholas Alexander Conklin, all of Radford. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 11 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Frankie Graham officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 9:30 am.
