Michelle Leigh Sonnenberg, 52, of Radford, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022. She was born in Georgia and raised in Mason, Texas. Michelle attended college and was married in Colorado Springs, Col. and has lived in Radford for the last 21 years. She was a Senior Account Services Representative at the National Bank of Blacksburg for 14 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Mary Brooker. Survivors include her husband, Mark Sonnenberg; children, Cameron Sonnenberg and his wife EiEi, Shante Sonnenberg, and Duncan Sonnenberg; grandson, Leon; brother, James Cordle; sisters, Jeri Brooker Carroll, Sallie Cordle Moyer, Terri Cordle Heath, and Renee Brooker; and many beloved relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 2 - 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will follow at 4 p.m. with Rodrigo Hidalgo officiating.
