Michelle E. Shelton, 57, of Salem, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018. Michelle was born in Lynchburg, Va. and lived in the Roanoke /Salem area over the last 10 years. She was known for her quick wit and care for older people. Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Frederick D. Shelton and her mother, Mary Shelton Reed, both of Lynchburg. Michelle is survived by her sister, Valerie Shelton of Amherst; and two brothers, Jeff Shelton and his wife Stacey of Prosper, TX, as well as their three children, and Kevin Shelton of Staunton; two uncles and their wives, Vincent Clark II and his wife Evelyn of Radford and Charles "Milton" Clark and his wife Diane of Lynchburg; as well as numerous cousins.
