Michael Wayne Vires, 49, of Radford, passed away Friday, June 10, 2011. He was a graduate of Radford University. He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Wayne Vires. Survivors include his mother, Edith Altizer Vires of Radford; sisters and brothers-in-law, Melinda and Eddie Azbell of Floyd and Kathy and Delane Carico of Fancy Gap; brother, Eddie Vires of Radford; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 3 pm at the Central United Methodist Church, 803 Wadsworth Street, Radford.
