Michael Ray Simpkins, 47, of Pulaski, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013. He was a member of the House of Worship in Pulaski. He was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy G. Simpkins. Survivors include his father and stepmother, Millard and Becky Simpkins of Pulaski; brother and sister-in-law, Dean and Angie Simpkins of Draper; sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and David Hughes of Pulaski; and greatly loved by his niece and nephews, Andrea Wright and her husband Chris of Dublin, Joshua Simpkins, Jamie Simpkins and his wife Karena, and Cory Lawrence all of Draper. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 6:00 pm at the House of Worship, 4959 Old Robinson Tract Road, Pulaski with the family officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the House of Worship, PO Box 566, Pulaski, VA 24301. The Simpkins family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
